001. I have been tempted by the delete button way too many times recently. I knew it was going to happen, because it did with my many previous blogs, I'm a perfectionist and my blog just isn't pleasing me right now. I'm constantly comparing myself to other bloggers which is a bad, bad thing to do but it can't be helped. I do love blogging and I'm going carry on attempting to shape my blog into something I am proud of, a fresh start would be nice but it's not worth loosing all of my lovely readers and nice comments. Just keep telling yourself that Rach!
002. You are probably aware that it was A level results day on Thursday. That one bit of paper was going to determine whether Thursday was going to be a good or a bad day. I can confirm it was good news, at AS level I now have a B in sociology, a B in psychology and a C in biology. I even got 3 A's in individual exams/coursework which was massively unexpected, I've always been an average B/C student so I know these results may not be thought much of but for me, year 12 was hard so I was definitely expecting less. However, I did put a lot more work into year 12 compared to GCSE so I'm rather relieved that it has paid off, I just need to keep it up so I can hopefully open that brown envelope next year and read the same results, maybe even better them. If you also received results, I hope you were pleased!
003. I've had a lovely little weekend, me and Lee spend a lot of time with 2 of our friends who are also a couple and the four of us get on so well. We indulged in a bbq and drinks at mine on Saturday and then the four of us stopped at one of our friends as her parents were away, it definitely feels like we all live together at her house since we're there so much haha. Sunday consisted of us sitting on the sofa, in the same spot all day, eating and watching tv. I don't know, it doesn't sound very exciting but it was a nice weekend.
004. I passed my theory! It seems like so long ago, I suppose it was over 3 weeks ago, before I went on holiday. I drove for the first time on Saturday and honestly, it was so scary. I really didn't like it, to be fair it was my mam's boyfriend's vectra as the insurance only started on my corsa today. I think it'll be better in my little car compared to his long thing, I have my first lesson on Saturday so I'm rather nervous. It does put me at ease knowing that the instructor has her own clutch and brake so she can stop the car if I start having a panic attack or something haha. Wish me luck!
